This page explains how MyNutTrack (“we”, “the application”) handles personal information when you use our website and our mobile nutrition-tracking app.

We do not ask for special-category data beyond what you voluntarily associate with your nutrition diary in the app.

We use your data to deliver and improve nutrition tracking features, manage authentication, protect the platform, reply to requests, comply with legal obligations and, where required, send product-related notices with consent.

Depending on the case, processing is based on the contract when you create an account, legitimate interests such as securing and improving the service, or consent when the law requires it.

We retain data only as long as necessary for these purposes or legal obligations. Inactive accounts may be deleted or anonymised after a reasonable delay unless the law obliges retention.
