MyNutTrack

Delete your account

You can request deletion of your MyNutTrack account at any time. Your account is deactivated immediately, and you have 30 days to change your mind before it and its associated data are permanently deleted.

Delete from the app

  1. 1Open MyNutTrack on your device.
  2. 2Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. 3Tap "Delete account" and confirm when prompted.

Your account is deactivated right away. You can restore it anytime within 30 days by signing in again and choosing "Restore my account" — after that, it and your data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Cannot access the app?

Send an email from your registered address with the subject below and we will schedule your account for deletion, with the same 30-day window to change your mind.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and account credentials
  • All food logs, meals, and nutrition data
  • Progress history and personal goals
  • Any photos or voice logs you submitted

These are removed once the 30-day recovery window closes. Anonymised or aggregated data may be retained for legal or security obligations. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via the App Store or Google Play.
