MyNutTrack

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MyNutTrack account and all associated data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

  1. 1Open MyNutTrack on your device.
  2. 2Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. 3Tap "Delete account" and confirm when prompted.

Your account and all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Cannot access the app?

Send an email from your registered address with the subject below and we will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and account credentials
  • All food logs, meals, and nutrition data
  • Progress history and personal goals
  • Any photos or voice logs you submitted

Anonymised or aggregated data may be retained for legal or security obligations. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via the App Store or Google Play.
